Payments
Payment by Credit Card is Preferred as it reduces inconvenience caused by disconnection for non-payment of accounts. Credit card accounts are billed upon account setup then on the first working day of each month.
Customers unable to pay by credit card may pay by cheque or money order. All non-credit card accounts are due quarterly in advance. Accounts are billed upon account setup, then on the first day of each month. For convenience these non-credit card accounts may be topped up as far in advance as the account holder requires.
Customers can make direct bank payments to BRAVO. Please make transfers to the following account with your username as a reference.
